Mr. Baker previously served as Chief In-House Counsel for Agency Rent-A-Car, formerly a self-insured Fortune 1000 company that pioneered the concept of replacement vehicles for the insurance industry. During his tenure, Mr. Baker acquired valuable insights in audit, risk management and litigation cost controls, and conducted seminars for attorneys, paralegals and adjusters on risk avoidance and cost-minimization.

Baker & Associates has successfully defended media related claims for CNA Insurance, Los Angeles; St. Paul Fire & Marine Insurance Company; AIG Insurance; and has served as panel counsel and special counsel to AIG Insurance; Checker Cab; Clarendon Insurance Co.; Credit General Insurance Co., Inc.; CNA Insurance; Philadelphia Insurance Co.; St. Paul Fire and Marine Insurance Co.; Travelers Insurance Group; and 21st Century Claims Service, and also has served as special counsel for the California Insurance Guarantee Association.
